Most of you have seen my sweet new cargo rack on the pink bike, handbuilt by Lane Kagay (former messenger, and now proprietor of CETMA racks in Eugene, OR).

Nice! I thought it was awesome when a 12 pack of PBR fit in my mountain bike's trunk bag, but that takes the cake.
Yep, don't forget those bungee cords. I noticed you didn't. I fixed up a coffee cup holder to my bike.
