Ridiculous.
So does this mean I won't need my long sleeve jersey when I come out this weekend to ride the Houston-Austin MS150? Maybe just arm warmers?
Don't worry, we've got arm warmers down here... it's called the sun. And it feels like it's about 15 feet away right now.
